Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Express Orders: Dispatched the next working day after the order is placed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method.

UK Shipping Options:

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): £5.35 — 2-3 business days

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): £6.39 — 1-2 business days (processed the next working day)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Packaging

All jewellery and metal art pieces are securely packaged using eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the item and packaging.

If your order is lost in transit, we will work with Royal Mail to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be processed once Royal Mail confirms the loss.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom and cannot fulfill international orders. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
