At Cobweb & Co, every piece of jewellery and metal art is a tribute to the quiet beauty of nature. Inspired by the British countryside and its wildlife, I create handcrafted silver jewellery and copper wall art that capture the intricate details often overlooked — the curve of a fern, the delicate structure of a bramble leaf, or the shimmer of a new moon.

My name is Laura and I grew up in the Midlands, surrounded by nature walks and the countryside, which sparked my deep connection to the natural world. With a BA in Metal Smithing and Jewellery Design from De Montfort University and a Masters Degree in Fine Art, I combine both my formal education and my passion for nature in every piece I create.

I work primarily with silver, sometimes darkening it to create contrast, and often pair it with natural gemstones to add depth and colour. My copper wall art, including wreaths and etched pieces, is treated to reveal rich textures and verdigris tones, reflecting the wild, untamed character of nature.

Every piece is made by hand in my small UK workshop, with care and attention to detail. Whether it’s a delicate silver moth pendant or a bold copper bramble wreath, my work is about more than just decoration — it’s about bringing the outside in and celebrating the natural world in all its raw beauty.
